INTERIM BUSINESS ANALYST / PROJECT MANAGER

Day rate 450/500pd Outside IR35

Hybrid Crewe 3 days.

 

Interim BA/PM (Hybrid role). 

Our client is a Financial Services company and they are deploying a 1 view platform across the business which will impact all operational processes from back office to Customer Experience.  You will be working as part of an established change team on a major transformation programme which will see all operational processes overhauled.  In this role you and the team focus on the operational impacts of the tech rollout.

Please Note this is NOT an IT change role and so IT change CVs will be rejected.

I am looking for experience of Business Process Change, Operational Process Mapping and new back office and CX process rollout.

Essential Experience

  • Business Analysis – data driven
  • Business Process Change/organisational change
  • Process Mapping of Operational Processes (both back office and Customer Journeys)
  • Complex transformation projects impacting people, process and technology
  • Must have experience of working in a Financial Services setting.
  • Managing risks and issues, supporting governance and decision
  • Training and development/Workshops/embedding new processes at all levels (Agent/Admin to Senior Leaders)
