Contact Centre Data Engineer

Salary competitive + bonus and benefits.
Location Hybrid Birmingham Office 50% and 50% home.
My client provides Contact Centre Technology and Automation solutions. Their AI software is used to train and develop teams that engage with customers by Phone, Text or Email.
The data engineer will help to embed the software by structuring data inputs and automating queries.  Applicants must have a strong background in providing Data/MI for either SaaS deployment or within a Contact Centre environment.
Essential
Ability to commute to Birmingham office 2 or 3 days pw
Data management experience using AWS and Jira
Experience within SaaS deployment or Contact Centre
Desired Additional Technical skills:
Data skills sought after (You don’t have to tick every skillset but the more the better):
  • MySQL
  • Snowflake
  • FiveTran
  • PostgreSQL
  • Docker
  • NoSQL (MongoDB)
  • Python (Diagnosis of issues, testing)
  • AWS (Lambda functions, S3, EC2)
  • JIRA
