Complaints Operations – Multiple Opportunities – London

Our client is a not-for-profit Real Estate organisation.  They are both a large scale property landlord and a property developer, providing affordable homes in the South East.

We are proud to be managing a hiring programme aimed at improving our clients complaints operations.

We are actively hiring the following roles:

Senior Complaints Manager (x 1)

Salary negotiable to £48,000 + bonus and great benefits

Complaints Analysts (x 2)

Salary negotiable to £44,800 + bonus and great benefits

Complaints Investigators (x 10)

Salary negotiable to £37,700 + bonus and great benefits

 

These are rewarding positions where you can make a real difference to improving peoples lives.  You will have the opportunity to engage with senior leadership, recommend improvements and change processes that will help tenants live better.

This is a large scale employer offering great long term career prospects.

You must be able to commute to our clients West London offices and have permanent rights to work in the UK.
